“My family of four spent a weekend at this lovely vacation rental in late August. Our friends (another family of four) rented the second unit at the same time. We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and there are a few reasons that this one stood out to us and is a rental to which we would definitely return.

First, the location is unbeatable. You are a stone's throw away from the beach and everything within the idyllic Capitola Village. The unit itself is perfectly and thoughtfully appointed. Some of the things that stood out: comfortable beds and couch; nice bedding, soft towels and plenty of pillows; children's books and family games; TVs with all of the major streaming services easily accessible; coffee and waters provided by the hosts; the kitchen had everything we needed; a beach wagon so you don't have to carry all of your things to the beach! Our unit (A) had a cute balcony from which we sipped coffee and wine while watching the village activity below. The hosts were very accessible and helpful and they responded right away to quick questions.

In all, we had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay here again! A special find for this lovely Coastal California destination!”

“Awesome place! Five stars!!! We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and were very pleased with the unit. Location cannot be beat! Beautifully furnished with comfy linens, and a well stocked kitchen. The owner was extremely nice with quick responses. It was so convenient to have a garage to avoid the search for parking. We were pleased to have a welcome basket and complimentary toiletries. There were also beach chairs and a wagon available to guests. We will definitely book again soon! “
